Les Liaisons Dangereuses
Life is too short to spend it reading a book:a) whose story I already know from the movie;
b) whose execution doesn't captivate me. It is an epistolary novel, so it is telly in its essence.
Such a pity, because all the elegant banter between Merteuil and the Vicomte was really witty and funny.
